Lillie, a Service Dog in Training, is named for Lillie Hitchcock Coit who had a lifelong admiration for firefighters and was made an honorary member of San Francisco’s Knickerbocker Engine Company No. 5 after helping them during a fire as a young girl. Lillie will be training with our Florida program.
We can't wait to watch Lillie as she begins her Service Dog journey and we're sure she'll be bold, spirited, and destined to make a difference just like her namesake.
